More than just a parking space
Heated and Cooled 10,000 Sq. Foot Club House
Our members have access to our Club House that includes a projection TV (15 x 15), and multiple flat screen TV's located throughout the Club House. You can use the tables and chairs we provide if you wish to tailgate inside.
Kitchenette
The Cockpit Park has a full kitchenette that includes a commercial ice maker for ice for your cooler, two refrigerators, a freezer, two microwaves, sink, and counter space. You will also find receptacles throughout the building in case you want to plug something in.
Nice Bathrooms! With AC!
No porta potties here! The facility has nice, clean restrooms. The women's restroom has four stalls and double sinks. The men's restroom has two stalls, two urinals, and double sinks.
Tailgating Site Areas
Oaks Section
These sites are located near the entrance of the Club House. Sites 1 through 24 are in this area. Sites 1 through 5 are right at the back entrance of the Club House. Sites 6 through 24 are in the shade of the Oak trees.

Street Section and Second Row Sites
The Street Site Section offers great tailgating sites with easy in and out parking. These are sites 27 through 60.
Site 50 - $475
The Second Row Sites offer close access to the Club House and shade from the building. These sites are 121 through 131.

Front Lot
These parking sites are great for tailgating. The sites include spaces 61 through 120.

Other Tailgating Areas
Lot A - Back of Building
Lot A has huge sites and is located across the street from the back enterance of The Cockpit. These sites include site A-01 through A-14.

A2, A5, A6, A8, A10, A11, A12, A13 - $450
Lot B - Back of Building
Lot B is behind the building and has easy access to the back entrance of The Cockpit.
Sites B-1 - B10 are available at this time. $400
Daily Street Parking
If you have a friend that is going to visit you, and they need a parking space for the day, let us know. Parking spaces are sold first come, first serve.

We do not have gates on our property. You may come as early as you wish and stay as long as you can! For games starting before 2 pm, we will open the Club House at 8 am. For games starting after 2 pm, we will open the Club House at least six hours before kickoff time! We normally close the Club House two hours after the conclusion of the game.

You may have as many guests at your tailgating site as you wish, as long as you don't encroach on your neighbor's site. You will be issued four passes for entry to the Club House. These must be worn at all times while in the Club House. If you need additional passes they can be purchased for $10 per game.
